I am a June 6 applicant. Received second AOR on January 18 from Singapore visa office. Ecase still shows "received by visa office"! Any idea when it is going to be changed??

It is really difficult to predict. It varies case to case widely. All are expecting something from July-11. Lets hope for the best!

Very tough and hot questions indeed

Best Suggestion: Make an FDR with required money (keeping is mind of further devaluation of BDT in the next one/two years) since FDR are giving good rates at present in different banks.

My slightly risky suggestion is: Order a CAIPS and see when is your BF'd date. If the date is too far ( many of April'10 or later has found their BF'd date in 2013), then you can withdraw money and deposit it before a couple of months earlier to you BF'd date so that if they start your processing after BF'd date, they will eventually find required money and if they ask for bank statement again for last 12 months then you can show adequate money in the statement.

My high risky suggestion is: Deposit money as soon as your status changed to In Process or during your BF'd date. But if they ask for 12 months statement then you might be in trouble while writing cover letter to them giving them proper justification about how you manage money, where you invested money, etc

Yes, I have already ordered CAIPS. I have found some Bangladeshi applicant having their BF'd Date in 2013 specially those who sent full documents to Singapore VO from mid August. Since your e-cas is showing conflicting status you can order CAIPS. It's just a matter of 30-40 CAD depending on different websites. If your file as been transfer to new GCMS system then this kind of conflicting or erroneous status might appear. To be safe side you can shoot a case specific query and order CAIPS as well to see your next BF'd Date.

Before ordering the caips , I heard many tales about their service .but things are quite opposite in good sense .you will know different options of services . I paid their fees with the help of my friends living in the UK as paying fees with mastercard is easy.

It is seen that some applicants are confused about their BFD date.In my case my BFD was also written as 09-12-2013 in caips report. but you will find my case status, how did those date reflect my case . so this BFD date do not necessarily reflect accurate information .so far i guess,Mr. qurax explained it somewhere in the blog.

CHC Singapore is has surely been following some mysterious procedures for BF'd date which seems tough to decrypt. BF'd was set in 2013 for you but you got your Visa in 2010/2011. some members of this thread also have BF'd in 2013 but who knows they might get their call sooner or later.
