Thanks in advance
Sure you can, there is nothing to lose from your side. And the cap, I belief still there is a good chance to reach with in the cap.
So why not try for your luck.

Vaia,

Its a cold NOC...U can catch it easily---Thats what I think....

Dont worry for the CAP now....Just apply correctly.....:)

Greetings,

I am preparing to submit my application under FSWP of Canada within 1st week of November insallah.
I need the following clarification urgently:

1. Should I send copies all my certificates and transcripts (from SSC to Masters) or only Honors & MBA's certificates (ECA report based on these two degrees) will fulfill their need?
2. Should I write my education period as this ways: Primary/Elementary -5 years, Higher/Secondary- 7 years, University/College- 6 (4+2) years?
3. In case of all my academic certificate and NID, my name is written as Md. Sabbir Hossain but in passport and other documents it is written as Mohammad Sabbir Hossain. Will this create problem for me or I should submit any affidavit stating that both are same person and all documents belong to me.
4. I am preparing to apply under NOC 1114- Other Financial Officer. My background is I have more than 9 years of experience in the Structured Finance Division of both commercial and investment bank. Is it too late to apply in this category?
5. To whom I should send the application directly to Canada or Singapore office?
6. Is notarization of all copies of documents mandatory?

Waiting for your reply soon. Please anyone help me on this issues.

what about reply of my other queries?

i had applied for Canadian student visa but unfortunately it was rejected by the Canadian visa office in Singapore. They showed some reasons under SECTION 291 which are illogical(I addressed it illogical because i have showed enough funding and none of my family member was accompanying me but the have ticked the option where its written that I have not sufficient fund to pay my tuitions and my family members who will be accompanied me .).now I want to ask you if it's going to harm my application for UK student visa.please reply asap

Vaia,

No need to relate the address of PP/CIC appp with the PCC address....

Since CIC will check/extract the info from PCC is whether u r convicted with crime or not...

So no need to think abt that....I have seen lot of cases with different address.....Just take ur PCC with any address...:)

From my experience - DMP will not issue you a PCC if neither of your address fall into DMP zone.
So, i think u need to get it from outside dhaka (any one of your PP address).

Suggestion: if you are getting it from outside Dhaka it will take time ( due to seal and signature of MOFA and speed of govt. postal service). so try to get the seal and signature on PCC of MOFA by yourself in Dhaka.
