Currently Emirates and Singapore Airlines has the best In flight entertainment but when it comes to food for economy class, all of them are almost same. I'd go with Turkish airlines for their best food in economy class.

Emirates is still good but they are not good with serving food, less and most of the times they run out of meat.

You should always spend a bit more for long haul flights/ it ensures the quality and service.

Cathay is suitable Vancouver bound passengers.
Gulf Air is the worst airlines in Arab world.

You can however look for China Eastern and China Southern Airlines. They will most likely carry you to Kunming from Dhaka----Shanghai-------to Vancouver by Air China------Toronto by Air Canada. This route is more lengthy.

Your best option is Emirates, Turkish . Both of them have Direct Flights to Toronto from Dhaka to Dubai and Dhaka to Istanbul respectively. they are well established and renowned for their stylish and class quality in Airlines Industry. Turkish costs like $1000, and Emirates almost same.

There are people within this forum whose status is IN PROCESS for the last 8 or so months. yours one is very immature if compared with theirs. you will hear something soon or it could take long. CAIPS is always a good option.

Yes. I have claimed for CAIPS last week. Normally it takes 5-6 weeks to deliver final report. So, I can't advice anything until I get the report. I ordered it to test as well as if any more information can be gathered since my ecas status is RBVO from last 8 months.

According to them approximate delivery date is 9th May.

Thank you very much for your voluntary participation. I agree with Jewel that there are quite a few Bangladeshis registered in the "Trackitt.com", of whom most have applied through the CIC in Singapore.

I have posted exactly the same message with exactly the same thread there as well. I can see (till now) that some 44 people have already viewed my message in the federal worker's discussion forum and 16 in the Quebec forum, of whom I believe that most are Bangladeshis. Very surprisingly, not a single response yet, which may create a mixed notion among us....I don't know, why do we need to be so remarkably secret or isolated?! Are we shy?! Are we not social enough?! I do not believe that we are conservatives!!! There clearly and surely is a problem!!!!!


Trust me; I just tried to bring us in front of the crowd, with the name tag of our beloved country. With all YOUR help, I just tried to open up the door so that all Bangladeshis can come in, meet each other, and communicate to each other so that we can identify our weaknesses and problems in the field of Canada Immigration Process. Naturally, this EFFORT would make us stronger only and in the long run a lot more Bangladeshi applicants would benefit from it.

I am in a preparation to apply for Canadian Immigration

Need some advices:

I am Post-Graduated (Masters of Commerce – Management) in the year 1997. I have complete 16 years of education. And I have higher level skill in English.

I have continuous 15 years of professional experience. Currently I am working in the position of “General Manager – Operations Management” with a huge manufacturing company since last 8+ years.

As “General Manager – Operations Management”, my key job areas are:

1. Production Planning
2. Operational Management of Production
3. Logistic and Utility Support
4. Health and Safety and Ethical Business Practice
5. HR and Administration
6. Security

I am 38+ years old. My wife is Post-Graduated (Masters of Arts in English). Her age is 32+ years. We have 2 kids.

I am interested to apply for Canadian Immigration (Federal Skilled Worker category) under the NOC category Code: 1122 Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management.

But as the Quota if filled, i can not apply now...

My Questions are:

1) Should i get a lawyer ...
2) Lawyer from Dhaka or Canada itself ....?
3) Do you have any suggessions on Lawyer issue ....
4) Does my position / job area permits to apply for Canadian Immigration under this NOC Code-1122 perfectly ??
5) When should I apply ... now or after June2011??
6) A tips as new applicant ...!??
