little bit tensed my application was received24th march at cio CANADA,its now 12th april.today I called in my bank ,they told my bank draft is not encashed yet!!!its been 20 days.my NOC 3113,vo=Singapore,how many days usually takes to encash the bank draft??is it 7-15days??

Regrading my application,I need your valuable advice again.Visa Office has given me 2 months time to submit all documents for my spouse. But, My wife doesn't like to accompany me at this stage, but wants to accompany me once she completes her Honours from BD. Now, my plan is to sponsor her later sometime when I will become PR. I don’t want to exclude her from my application, but just would like to sponsor her in future once she will finish her study.

Is it possible that I just mention it in the application form as non-accompany and I will be exempt from any kinds of interview?

Do I need to give any declaration according to Singapore visa specific instruction (number 10. NON-ACCOMPANYING FAMILY MEMBERS DECLARATION).Though, that is for those who want to exclude their spouse from their PR application. But you know, my case is not like that.

What should I do now? Just let them know that my spouse will not accompany me at this stage but will be with me later and give them an explanation in a white paper?

Dear

Just mention it in your application form her as non-accompany and that will do. You don't need to give any declaration separately and don't worry CIC won't call interview for this issue.

But remember your wife has to go for Medical Examinations with you as non-accompany member and you need to show POF for her though she is not going with you this time.

people are waiting for 6-8 months and even more after IN PROCESS.

Anyways, Choose either Emirates or Turkish Airlines. fare around $1050-1100
Emirates has the best In flight entertainment. Turkish got the best food for economy. They are a star alliance member and renowned for their In flight systems.

Besides, Which part of my reply you did NOT understand? I am always ready to let ignorant people know the things they ignore.

My Friend worked in that bank and the answered reflected his reply.
BRAC bank has no branch of its own in Canadian soil like Standard Chartered, HSBC, CITI NA etc.
what they have is a bank account with any of the Canadian banks, like Bank of Montreal, Scotiabank, The Royal Bank, CIBC, TD (canada Trust). When someone like RPN goes to BRAC Bank in Dhaka, they give you two things, one for the info about the money to be sent and another is the remittance permission form for BD Central Bank. So upon filling up those forms BRAC bank issue a DD and an order is requested to their bank in Canada where they have an account, money is debited from there. I personally dont see anything wrong has been done when the DD was made from BRac bank.

No matter how state of the art SWIFT you use, money cant leave BD for its strict money laundering and outbound remittance policy- that is the possible permission of BD Central Bank. As I said earlier, sometimes they block it if suspicion is detected even after the money has left BD.

I personally have seen during my attachment with banking industry that many of the such DD's have been refused by the BD Central bank for fraudulent and money laundering suspicion.

By the way, ticket is not a concern for me. My father is a employee of Emirates airline and I will get 40% discount on this regard.
