There is nothing to be concerned. If you see closely, your criminality is under biometrics, and most likely they are awaiting the results from RCMP or if the results are in, then they have not been updated.

In due course it will be passed. If criminality is in progress, other stages continue to proceed as usual.

You can try calling again, send a webform to request your GCMS notes.
Getting info over the phone is always tricky, and will depend on the person who is answering. Sometimes you will come across people who are very patient and will give you everything you ask for, others may not be that cooperative.

The GCMS notes are generated a few days after the request is filed. See the bottom of any page for the date of generation.

The information you have in GCMS notes will thus be old. Calling IRCC will get you the most recent and unto date information. For webforms it may take IRCC 1-5 weeks to revert back.

My eligibility is conclusively passed on juky 16.2020. Not sure what is taking them so long to not mark criminality passed and start security.

There are many applications that are just pending and have been delayed. You just have to be patient and wait.

You have to understand the process. Since Canada and US and other FCC countries (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and the United States) share data and biometric info as per their agreements in place, when a request is sent and and after it comes back, it has to be assessed based on which country it came from and what came.

Ready to be assessed means it is pending a review, and if it was US, and biometrics data came back, it has to be run through the system to see any potential matches.

When there is a system error, it could indicate that there was no match or nothing came back.

It is not a bad sign. All it means is that it us yet to be assessed by an officer who will after assessing it update it in your file and once done, your info sharing will be passed.

I’m in similar situation. I have “passed” in my assessments section of page 2 but in the notes no officer review. So that is recommended passed, as there are no officer notes yet
