Also there is still no comment from the officer. A 11.2 Case processing agent has asked for review required.

@legalfalcon just received the 3rd set of GCMS notes and there is no change in the profile. The last comment is of Feb 2019 were review required for experience letter is asked for which I have shared the details in August 2019. Also have shared my wife's addition to application request but there are reviews on the file. How can I know if the VPO is even checking the file or not??

I have claimed points for 3 year of work experience ( I worked 2.5 year back in my country and 8 months in Canada). I am FSW Inland. Yesterday I received GCSMS notes and saw these concerns. I cant see my work experience I did in Canada mentioned at all Why is that?

A39 - 41 refers to the inadmissibility based on financial reasons, misrepresentation or non-compliance with IRPA.

Since the GCMS notes only refers to a request, it has to be found that which document here is being referred to. It could be just a simple consultation with an external agency.

You will have to then wait for an official letter, which is now unlikely due to the coronavirus crisis.

For PNP application, you will have to file a request under a Provincial law to the province that is processing your application. The GCMS notes are specifically for EE application only.

I already got nominated. Give the paper application to IRCC last year already. AOR at July. But not through EE. It's paper application.
