Ok thanks! I see only s. 15 [1]

I sent them an e-mail about PPR mail.

It could be either. So you are all good my friend. Just a matter of time.

Also check your junk folder, especially if you use yahoo or hotmail.

Hi Legalfalcon,

Thanks for your reply. Based on my notes, i have the following questions. Appreciate if you could help with your inputs.

> Was my application approved on 19th May? If yes, why did i receive PPR only on 6th July

> As it reads COPR date as 19th May and there is a print queue, does it mean they took 1.5 months just to print the Confirmation letter or was the security still going on in the background?

> The security is blank, notes were generated on 26th June, however, application status says approved on 19th May. I am confused what all this means.

Please help. Thanks a lot.
I got GCMS recently, application approved 13 July, no PPR mail yet, same status, looks like a long wait ahead of me, just like you :S

Have you tried contacting them in the period after 19 May until 6 July?

How long its currently taking to get gcms notes now? Its been 33days no notes yet.

Most GCMS notes are released within 30 days. Not sure where you applied from?

ordered my gcms notes today through getgcms. i am sitting on day 121 days (timelines are in signature). got a chance to speak with CIC once and they said criminality is completed eligibility and security are remaining. Moreover, they said your file is transferred to London VO for further processing. Didn't paid RPRF upfront and haven't received any request yet.

Completed fourth month today. I hope everything is going well with my application.
fingers crossed :)

Eligibility is the biggest hurdle. If you cross that, you are through. Just wait for your notes and see what they say.

hello legalfalcon. my eligibility passed on April 13th. I am on security screening ever since. and since April I have found several members on this forum who are waiting for months for their security screening to pass. do you think a communal petition to minister can get us through this phase.

unlikely. security screening is done by 3rd party govt entities - you cant force them to fasten an application unfortunately

Very difficult as it is a national security issue and is done by CSIS, and other agencies. What you can do is order GCMS notes once a month, in case your application has finished processing with CSIS, but not updated, GCMS may help. Contact your MP and see if he can write and find out.

You may also write to CSIS and find if they have finished processing your file, the processed is explained on page 1.

Apart from that, you will have to wait it out.

Hi Legal:

Do you have any idea about how long additional review for Eligibility will last?

CIC has some concerns about my work experience from GCMS notes.

They contacted my boss last week and not sure if they are happy to move on now.

Can you please advise how long usually Review Require would take?

Thank you

When you see "review required" it is usually a specific aspect of the application, which should be clear from the notes. It could be anything from NOC, to verification of job, to CRS and MEC. It should not take long as most applications after the eligibility is seen by the program analyst, are then seen by the IRCC agent anyway. But will depend on the complexity of the issue.

You should order another set and see what has been the progress. I would say the additional review would take anywhere from 2-5 weeks.

Thank you Legal. Today my past employer also received a call, (I have old friends there so they told me about this). I guess they provided satisfied answer to the agent. I hope they can give me a PASS soon on eligibility.

If your employer was called, it will not be a bad idea to order GCMs notes and be sure that everything went well. Because if they have any concerns, you may be called for an interview, highly unlikely but to be on the safer side, better to see what was the note entered.

Since your employer was called, the program analyst would have recommended a "review required" in your eligibility section.
