I ordered through applygcms.com about 40 days ago.. Do the notes arrive by email directly from IRCC or from the website you ordered them?

Please I seriously need your help. It’s been 6 months since I passed eligibility and 18months since I submitted my spousal application. GCMS notes shows my security and criminality checks have not been initiated. My MP also said the same thing too. I will like to know if there is a time limit or time frame concerning Security checks and Criminality check.

I made payment in full when submitting my application on the 1st of may. I just received my notes and it says that payment has not been received.

Has anyone else had this problem? Thinking I should make a phone call.

My gcms notes reads work experience "review required" as there are no duties provided on the employment letter, but it says letter confirms salary and full time job.
For this reason they state that the experience would not be considered and hence the foreign experience is 0 years instead of 3 years and the points for experience would be 0.
Please guide me on what can I do to validate my experience as the file is pending and its been 8 months since AOR.

However, it has been 41 days since the processing start date (July 11) and I have not received the GCMS notes. What are the possible causes of delay?

The most common cause for the delay is administrative delay by IRCC. Other reasons range from ongoing investigations, application being processed at an office out side Canada or purposeful non-release.

You can send a new updated work reference letter which has your job duties. Send this visa CSE and also explain why your previous work reference letter did not have the job duties listed.

Call IRCC or send a CSE to confirm.

The payment here means the application fee and the RPRF. If you only paid the application fee, this noting is common.

There is no time limit for IRCC / CBSA or CSIS to conclude the security checks. The average time is 1-3 months, but if an application is stuck in security screening, it can take a long time. Some application has been stuck for as long as 1-2 years.

Does anyone know what Review the Program assistant means in the GCMS notes:

My status still shows Eligibility -Not started
Although I see some pastors in the not where Eligibility is “Passed-Candidate”

This is your R10 note and simply means that the completeness check is passed and the documents are now set for review by an officer.

In the part of Admissibility: showing security 1 for my spouse and 2 for myself only and I saw the s.15(1) at the top right corner. Does it mean my security was completed because the s.15(1) showed in the note?

As regards SS, you may be in SS only it 2 or more months have expired after your eligibility was passed by an officer. So see the notes for the date when your eligibility was passed.

My Eligibility was passed since 05 Feb in my 1st note. However, the agent told me on 07 Aug (after the note generated on 25July) that everything completed, background check completed. Does it mean my file had already gone through SS and now passed already? Or they just initiated SS?

what does “Other requests - in progress” in Assessment part mean? Is it SS?

As regards SS, you may be in SS only it 2 or more months have expired after your eligibility was passed by an officer. So see the notes for the date when your eligibility was passed.
