AINP or Express Entry

I have a valid post graduate work permit and I work as a supervisor. I have 2 options express entry or provincial nominee which one should I go with?? Any suggestion!!

Will the work I did on off-campus work permit counted as experience??

No - the work you did off campus will not count as experience.

If you have decent crs score without then I recommend express entry as it is somewhat faster than pnp.
