hi everybody...

i had recieved medical letter as u all know. they had asked for additional documents. R we suppose to give original copies or duplicate copies.

Are we need to attest this copies.

Nothing is being clear in letter whether original or duplicate.

Also they ask Passports and RPRF fees... i am staying oversea so i want to handover all require documents and let them verify and later i will submit my passport i.e. after a month.... is that appropriate decision...? let me know...

regards

@JAGGU - what are the additional documents you were asked to submit? If you list them then we can advise wether you should submit original or not. It will also help others to be prepared for what lies ahead.

Jaggu,

I think we can apply the same principle used during the submission to CIO, recall that all non-CIC documents requested where submitted as copies (they were only notarized if they were translated), so if they haven't sent you any new forms, then the copies should be suffice.

Does anybody have answer to Below?

Hi Guys,
I was also part of FSW backlog reduction pilot and got my PNP-Ontario nomination in Nov 2012. I applied for PR in Dec 2012 and received MR last week. Did the Medicals also. I am in canada on Work Permit.

What are the next steps i should expect?
Does anybody know how much time it takes after MR is done?

Hi,
I'm on Work Permit too, mailed my medicals a month ago, no status change yet. As I understand, the next step is an ecas status change ('medicals received'), then PR. They may ask for your police clearance certificate at some point.
I also filled in the GCMS request to get the report about my application. The steps are described here: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/latest-caips-gcms-notes-forms-and-how-to-order-t99210.0.html

docs requested are original education transcripts, EDUCATIONAL docs for me n spouse.

Original Employment letter and recent letter. Employment history docs for me n spouse.

Above are exact wordings in letter...please advise.

as we had already send educational docs with attestation.... as well as original transcript to CIC... no idea why they require for one more time....

Hi Jaggu,

Send the originals if they have asked you for it. You are a FSW backlog applicant right? Did you send your original transcripts at that time to CIO when you applied for the Nomination? I just sent notarized copies. When did you get this request, and have you finished your medicals? Also about your passport, I would suggest sending it with a friend or relative who is going to Delhi, they can submit it on your behalf, thats what people I know of who are abroad and their VO being New Delhi have done, do not take the chance of couriering your passport. I know that Delhi asks for your passport along with MR request and they keep it for 1-2 months. And another thing, I would suggest sending everything as a package, that way it does not delay further processing. All the best.

Thanks

Congratulations to you and your husband and welcome to the Forum. Yes, it seems we are on some kind of fast-track. Quite a couple of us have done the medicals and one person has the passport request.

I will update our tracking sheet with your data.

Hi everyone.

We are with the same pilot program. Me and my family have received the nomination sometime in September and have submitted application to CIO 1st week of September. CIC Manila will process our application. We are currently hoping for our AOR. Please include us on the timeline for future reference for those to be processed in Manila. Thanks.

Ofonzo,

Thanks. My Husband is under NOC 2132.
