RKNBI,

You are welcome. You should be getting the MR in 40days time. Another applicant under our stream (Jaggu) has his application being processed in NDVO.
I will update tracking sheet once I get desktop access. I am working off tablet at the moment
All the best to everyone.

Hi guys,
I am a new member,I really liked your posts,I wish you all the best.

I have similar case,I have got nomination certificate in Oct 2012.I will send all documents to CIO by next week.

My question is how much time it will take the file to be transferred from CIO to London VO? and how much time it will take in London VO?

Is it true that it may take 23 months in VO(as mentioned in CIC website for provincial nominees) to process my application?
If so how are they saying that they will fast track the process in our case?

Thanks guys for helping.

Rtamimi,
Congratulations and welcome on board.
First, You need to send your application to CIO before your nomination expires, remember there are no extensions under this pilot so you have to act fast. The transfer so far has been an average of 40days from CIO to VO.
All the best.

Thank you Ofonzo for your help.

But still I am confused.I am afraid that it will take a long time to receive my MR from London VO.

The processing time for London VO(for Provincial nominees category) is 23 months as mentioned on CIC website,can this be true???

thanks

@Ibrahim Bashir @usma @rawalpindi

Please could any of you list the different number of documents update being requested by London VO? Is it only proof of funds and RPRF fees payment?

I noticed on the tracking sheet that usma and Ibrahim Bashir received AOR from CIO and visa office on the same date. Can you please confirm that this is really the case that you receive AOR from CIO - NS and London VO on the same date? If no, can you please share the duration between your AOR from CIO and AOR/MR from London VO.

Please respond so I can prepare according for what to expect next from London VO.

Thank you

supa

Guys,
I have one question.

My nomination certificate will expire on 17/3/2013,and I have just sent my application to CIO.

Does that mean if my application stayed in CIO for a period beyond 17/3/2013,then the visa office gonna return back my application when they receive from CIO?

Please help me in this issue.

Rtamimi,
I believe it is the postmarked receipt date tha CIO will refer to. I.e did your complete application get to them before the expiry date of 17-Mar-2013?

Note that if your application is not complete and has to be returned to you by CIO, your application package has to be returned to CIO before your nomination expires. That's why it is always advised to send application to CIO as soon as nomination is received to allow for any iteration.

Regards

Ofonzo

@all,

Please review the tracking sheet to ensure right data is captured.

Rtamimi & Supa,
You may check the file prepared by Ofonzo to check the days between different events.

@usma

Thanks your response to this and to that in your in-box. However, the dates in the track sheet compiled by Ofonzo shows that CHC London's applicant received their AOR and MR the same date. That's why I was wondering if this is really the case. In your own case, can you let me know the number of days/weeks between when you receive CIO AOR and MR from CHC London.

Is mandatory to do medical check for the whole family members in my application in the same time and place, in another words, can i do the medical test in Malaysia and my wife to do it in Egypt ?

Hi Guys,
I was also part of FSW backlog reduction pilot and got my PNP-Ontario nomination in Nov 2012. I applied for PR in Dec 2012 and received MR last week. Did the Medicals also. I am in canada on Work Permit.

What are the next steps i should expect?
Does anybody know how much time it takes after MR is done?

@Ibrahim,

I have been trying to get the precise information on your questions but haven't been successful. I recall there was an applicant whose family had their medical exam in a different location while he had his overseas. I recommend you try and call the helpline in your local VO for assistance. Sorry I couldn't be of much help here.

Hi Ibrahim,
I checked with my representative , we can do anywhere in the world as long as he is a panel physician approved by CIC.

Hope this addresses your concern.

Thanks
