My mother is in Ontario, Canada. How can she give an affidavit of support for me? Will the notary create the letter or should we provide it for them to notarized it?

Will notary create it would be more effective and also get idea from consultants
Hi, my mother is in the United States and I am here in the Philippines. She will be sponsoring me for my education in Canada. For the affidavit of support, is it okay to have it notarized here in the Philippines or it should be notarized in the United States because she is there?

Besides paying tuition fees and GIC you have to get an affidavit from sponsor, who will be supporting your stay in Canada and second year fees. You have to get that notarized as well.
To be on safer side get one because it will also shows that you have funds to cover your stay even if you do not get a job.
Oh ok. It means I also required to provide the employment documents, IT returns of the person who will sign the affidavit ?
I can arrange affidavit of support but I don't have their employment documents. What to do ? 
You have to show ITR of your sponsor not employment docs, in terms of 7 CAD its depends on the place where you'll be staying for ex Toronto is expensive then Prince Edwards Island.
Ah ok. The sponsor who paid funds for me don't have ITR. I can get max., affidavit of support from them.
I have the below docs as financial part,
1. GIC
2. full Tuition Fee
3. Bank balance certificate and statements in my name ( mentioned amount as above )
4. Affidavit of support ( can get one with notarized, but without their ITR) - recommended ?
Course: 1 year
Whether submitting this will work in SDS?
