Hi
We are in the process of applying supervisa for my parents and got a question on parents marriage certificate.
1- They only have a marriage affidavit that was prepared at the time of their canadian visitor visa application 6 years ago. Can they still upload that same marriage affidavit from 6 years back?
2- Also, my mother's name is slightly different in my renounced indian passport from her original Indian passport. We did the same name affidavit 6 years ago at the time of canadian visitor visa application. Can we upload the same affidavit for supervisa application?
3- Also, if I am showing combined income of mine and my wife, I assume both of us have to sign the letter of invitation, correct?

Thanks

1. Yes, but IRCC mat request a new one.
2. Same
3. Yes, and a proof of being married and PR/Citizen, etc.
Thanks for the comment.
I wonder if they generally send an email asking for new affidavits (in case they need new one) or do they simply reject the whole application?

Hi
I will be applying for my parents and they are from Bangladesh. But they do not have any marriage certificate as they never took the certificate copy from the Registrar office. is there anything be done for this?

Thank you for the reply.. Is there any way we can show other proof of their relationship? My parents are not staying in that province where they got married.
