Supervisa - Proof of Relationship

Hi-
Parents are applying for Supervisa and I have a question on Proof of relationship document (for parent-child). I have Canadian Passport (as usual- doesn't have father name mentioned) and do not have OCI yet. My birth certificate is not in English and not sure if I even have one.
Which document should we use as a proof of relationship between myself and parents? Can I use my cancelled Indian Passport (it has father and mother's name)?

Yes that should be fine. You should probably try your find out if you have a birth certificate in case it becomes necessary.

Well, our application is still pending at Medical. But this proof of relationship is fine.
Since its stuck more than 6 month, I plan to reapply in few days.
