Adding the dependent in the profile button disabled in the spouse sponsorship application

Hi,

My wife's application under family class has been returned with the objection

"Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008): Form not complete in its entirety: Dependents not listed and/or listed incorrectly, whether accompanying to Canada or not."

And to add the dependent in the generic form. However, the button to add the dependent is disabled. Please guide me if anyone knows how to fix this problem.

I am having the same issue. Have you come across a solution to fixing this issue

Yes. This requires you to resubmit the new application with the addition of the dependents. That application has been closed and disabled for any changes further.

However, the IRCC said "As your application does not meet the requirements of R 10 of IRPA, it is considered incomplete and is being returned to you along with your processing fee. A copy of your application has not been retained." in the email. Did your email include "returned to you along with your processing fee"? Thanks!
