Adding the dependent in the profile button disabled in the spouse sponsorship application

Hi,

My wife's application under family class has been returned with the objection

"Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008): Form not complete in its entirety: Dependents not listed and/or listed incorrectly, whether accompanying to Canada or not."

And to add the dependent in the generic form. However, the button to add the dependent is disabled. Please guide me if anyone knows how to fix this problem.
