If you have a licensed professional whom you have paid, he/she should be one advising you on how to navigate and send the documents, instead of you soliciting advice.

Please contact them.

If they are licensed, they would have contact details and know how to go about it.

Hi below is my status I am looking for a Suggestion/Solution for me

I have Applied for an Express entry profile on June 5, 2021- AOR
I have traveled to INDIA on July 23rd for my Marriage
When I am in India on July 30 I got an email asking for confirmation to create a Virtual landing
I have replied On the same day Mentioning my details without mentioning I am In INDIA I am under the assumption that I would be having an option to declare I am outside Canada in the Virtual landing portal Turns out to be I am wrong.
Then they have created a Portal for my account when I realized that I have to reply to the email and not in the portal, I did not do anything in the portal and replied to the same email with details that I am In India and raised a Webform too on August 1st mentioning all the details.
They have acknowledged my email and forwarded my information to the concerned team
On August 15th I got married and once I am married I have informed the same IRCC through a webform and on August 30th they have asked me for Documents to send.
I have sent all the requested documents On September 21st and got an acknowledged email on September 24th and there is no update After that.

I am back in Canada on October 24th, 2021, after coming here I have logged in to the portal which they have created for me for Virtual landing surprisingly that is there still Now I am worried that whether that means I got COPR or that is just by mistake. is there any action needed from my side on that portal

I tried to reach IRCC through webform and calls but there is no proper response can anyone help me here that I got COPR already or that portal was there by mistake no action is needed from my side.

Regards,
Sasidhar

Hello Members,
I have already applied for Express entry and it's been 3 months I have received AOR, I am planning to get married in next month and was wondering if I should let IRCC know about this but I don't have any proof apart from Marriage Registration. My question is let's assume if I get portal email/PPR before I get married, would I still be able to add my spouse in the same application or if receive COPR would I be able to add my spouse or do I have to sponsor her later with new application. Can somebody suggest.

Regards

@samm153 You can add your spouse to the application before the landing process. IRCC will definitely require the marriage certificate. So, inform them only after you have the certificate with you.

@daveishan Thanks for the info. I am an inland applicat (currently in Canada). Would I be able to add my spouse in the same application if I get COPR? Or do I have to file a new application ?

Yes, you can add your spouse after AOR too. You need not wait till a COPR is issued to you. They will only do a medical, security, and criminality check for your spouse as your CRS does not get re-calculated.

All the best @samm153

Hey all,

I emailed IRCC about my wife for my application. No request for biometrics. No change to my portal. We did upfront medicals as the waiting time in our country for medicals is 2-3 months.

Has anybody who added their spouse in the last 4 months received a Request for biometrics? How long after this biometrics requests did they get medical request or golden email?

AOR Feb 2020

The request for biometric will come soon. I added my wife April, got her biometric in July, wad told to send her document to home Visa office where she will be processed and since then, silence became the second name of IRCC

@Johnjacobb I have not received any biometrics request yet nor any request for re-medicals. When I had submitted my application in Oct 2018, biometrics was not a mandatory requirement. So, I am not sure if they will request it for my spouse either. The last update I have from GCMS is that the file has been moved to NDVO in April 2021 and security is pending for both of us.
