Feb 2021 Officially entered into a committed relationship.
Nov 2021 First Canadian study visa refusal (while relationship ongoing).
Feb 2022 Second Canadian study visa refusal.
Feb 2022 First in-person meeting in India; introduced partner to friends.
Mar 2022 Spent 1 day alone in hotel together (receipt available).
Apr 2022 Spent 1 day alone in hotel together (receipt available).
Sep 2022 Third Canadian study visa refusal.
Post-Sep 2022 Discontinued plans to study in Canada; focused on relationship and career.
Mar 2023 Began remote employment with UK-based company, working from India.
Dec 2023 Partner visited India; Roka ceremony held (photos available).
Jan 2024 Spent 2 days in hotel together (receipt available).

Study refusals have no impact because you will have stated that in the application.

I have seen some people saying that after refusals they doubt if your marrige is genuine or not but i have all the proofs chats, gift receipts, travel tickets, hotel receipts with me. Just getting nervous. Thank you for your response

My phrasing was overly complicated. I see no reason that it will not be approved. Only caveat is I don't know the rest of your file, so assuming everything else is okay.

As others noted, since you have several student visa refusals, it may get some extra scrutiny, but that's normal. Strongest evidence in support is your time together.

There is so many positives in your application! Seems like you're in a genuine relationship and that's the most important part of the application. Focus on compiling all the evidence and supporting documents .... and also take care of your headspace! You'll be fine
