i am trying to file my case to manitoba ,my brother get pr recently,but he was living in manitoba(winnipeg) since 2013.before that he complete his study in toronto .in 2013 he moved to manitoba on work permit . can he sponsor me ?

for a person to sponsor you in canada[manitoba] he must either be a permanent resident and have uses 2 years, or must be a citizen, i dont tink some1 with work permit can sponsor applicants, you no his on work permit, that means once it expire he re-new it again, so ask him his he a permanent residence or a citizen of manitoba,

Now he is permanent resident.he got his pr two months before.
