About Background Check after AOR

I have just got AOR on March 28
I find my application status said:
Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Is it too fast?
I haven't got MEP yet!

AOR – NA1 – MEP – IP1 – NA2 – IP2– (NA3) – PPR – COPR

Isn't it NA1 now? My status seems like IP2
Because I'm a medical doctor?
