mY APPLICATION STATUS IS IN PROCESS SINCE 18TH SP 2011.TOoday i have recieved a registerd letter from SGVO. ..well its not MR ...they asked me some required documents.Before that i like to mention that i notified them about my wives pregnancy ,her expected delivery date is 20th of this month,i also notified them as i am away from my job for somedays. They asked the following things
1.Updated schedule A background/Declaration forms for applicant and spouse.
2.ppc for applicants for applicant and spouse over 18 years.
3.5 recent photographs for all(applicant,spouse,dependants)
4.For newborn child: processing fee 150 canadian dollars bank draft,three passport size picture,a copy of babies birth certificate.
5.Notarized copy of original Nikha Nama in Bengali with Translation(previously i gave only english one-notarized)
6.RPRF fees in Bannk draft by scb of applicant and spouse 490 canadian dollars each
so in light of this i need ur comments and ur reaction

Hello want to know if i must enter Canada within 6 months or before the date when my medical will be expire because on the visa embassy put june 2013 and that was the date and month when my medical will be expire but people are telling me i must enter canada within six month after the visa have been issued
Visa was issued sep 9,2012..

We did our(me and spouse) medicals in feb2012(Pakistan) and new born medical in september2012.Now waiting for PPR1 hope to come soon.Meanwhile my company is arranging Sales conference for 6 days in India in December2012.and company demanded my passport for visa processing which will take 55 days to process.should I submit passport or refuse to attend the conference?will this effect on my background checks?Please reply as i am worried. Regards

Anyone pls clarify my query...
SGVO asked me to submit updated declaration form...they have sent me the forms,,which is marked by my file number in the corner of the front page...but while i was with those i found in the instruction is to print or type,,,,now if i have to fill that form i have to type it....


do i have to type it ..is it mandatory?cos in my printer rather to download a new one and type it at the same time is easier...

need a suggestion pls

I received letter asking for additional info regarding our autistic son before they make a final decision on our file.They think our son will be under excessive demand category and I have only 30 days to do that. Should I reply providing more info or It will be better to hire a lawyer service to follow up with our case at this stage. Your advice would be highly appreciated.

SGVO has asked for updated imm5669 for me and my spouse both,While filling i found i made a mistake in my previous form.My spouse has quoted a wrong address she lived in question number 12 the year 2000-2002...which was my address.i need to know should i mention it as a mistake done from my part and make it ok or wat can i do? please advice

I am in a pecuiliar problem..let me share and am inviting your opinion...
I shared earlier that SGVO has asked me to send additional documents and bank drafts..which inclueds rprf for me and my wife,,Today i went to scb gulshan,,,they told without medical they cant sanction a bankdraft for RPRF.But SGVO hasn't ask to do medical accordingly they dint send any medical related papers..again they sent me a letter addressing "your right for permanent residence fee is now due..if you dont deposit with 60 days of the date of this letter issued..........."

Now comment plsease

my application is in process since 18th september...sgvo has asked additional docus and rprf...my question is i want to male MRP cos all me and my family memebers passport r manual....is there any problem if i now convert my passport to MRP?

I m april 2010 applicant. mine application was transferred to New Delhi VO in august 2010. In march 2012 case was rejected. but after appeal they started processing in may 2012. processing time displayed on website is 24 months so i want to know that how to calculate processing time for file? should i count 24 months from april 2010 or august 2010 or may 2012? please reply.
