35 Days On - Profile Status Blank

It has been more than a month, 35 days to be precise, since I filed e-APR but my "Profile Status" is still EMPTY. Not showing anything at all.
I got a notification to get my X-RAY done before even filing the e-APR which I did promptly.
I have received my UCI number but profile status is not reflecting anything.

Is this normal or something to be concern about?

Did you report a technical issue to CIC?

No. As I am not sure if it is a technical issue or something normal. Want to confirm from fellow members before raising any concern.
Can you share a screenshot through private message? If you mean blank as in the progress update? then most probably a technical issue

I am not able to see any option to attach an image in the thread reply or personal conversation.
But this is how the info looks like in my profile page:

Applicant's Table:: Application Number - <App Number Showing> :: Date Application Received 08/14/2017

Applicant Type - Given Name - UCI Number
Primary - <Name Showing> - <UCI No. Showing>

report a technical issue. Your profile has a UCI number which is a good sign. Probably a database error.

wait, did you try another browser? The table that shows your info loads "on its own" Could be an error. What browser are you using?

I tried it on both IE and Chrome. Tried on not one system but 3-4 different desktops/laptops.

Regd Technical Issue - One raise the tech issue from the option available within the profile page..right?
Only asking bcos I raised couple of technical issues in the past from there but didn't get any reply from the tech team.
At that time, I didn't receive the ITA nor did I apply for the e-APR. Just wondering if raising tech issue will do any good this time:confused:
