Looks like people should be planing for it to take 8-12 months to received AOR. What matters is overall processing time so it may take longer to received AOR but most will still receive PR faster than a few years ago. In many ways it more efficient to receive AOR at a later date but for processing to move faster after receiving AOR versus waiting longer between steps but getting AOR at an earlier date.
