Me too. August 19 application,x- November 21. I requested for gcms notes and all it says is criminality in progress and still a prospective file

just got my pre-arrival today and a letter indicating a refund of $85 cus i paid for biometrics

I called IRCC today and it turns out i didn’t pay for my biometric, i would assume that’s the reason i didn’t receive BIL yet, so just payed it and uploaded the receipt through webform.

Oh man, luckily you make a call to them, otherwise not knowing anything.
