Recently I got that checklist wherein they asked me for new police clearance certificate for me and for my Outland spouse which I already send ircc via webform.

It was a generic mail sent by ircc to almost every applicant

Yeah that what I realize ,, they send these nonsense just to make people happy..that they are doing something

Called IRCC today after ghost update last week Ajent told security and background check is completed hopefully FD soon

same here, I logged into my GC account today and it showed “Profile Updated,” but when I opened my application, there was nothing new. I applied in May 2024, and my eligibility passed in November 2025.

I am so stressed out and I don't know what shall I do as protected person who submitted in January I didn't receive anything even eligibility letter,I don't have travel history I don't have dependent I was student I have general job

I almost lost my mind when I waited for almost two years just to get a hearing , countless sleepless night. Hang in there and pray

I called ircc but always told me they can't do anything and I have to wait.

It doesn’t hurt to send one explaining your situation and how this is affecting you asking officer to review your file

My spouse is Feb and nothing since eligibility letter in May 2025. Am a dependent and nothing since prearrival letter in may 2025
