2024 PR Application timeline

Let me share my timeline just in case someone has a similar time line so we can connect
May 2024 - PR submission
Aug 2024 - AOR and Biometric request.
May 2025 - Request for spousal proof of relationship
Nov 2025 - Eligibility and pre-arrival
November 2025 - Biometric request for outland spouse from outland office.
December 2025 - request for proof of on going relationship police report from outland office for spouse.
Nothing since then. My country is not one of the DR2 countries.
Last GCMS: everything passed but security not started and medical passed but expired. Please if you have a similar profile, lets connect. I am wondering if they can start working on outland spouse without concluding principal candidate since we are not from the DR2 countries.

Just curious to known! have you submit an additional documents, if so what are those, because on the letter it say is "If your details have changed since you have provided the information, you are encouraged to supply us with the updated information, following the instructions contained in this letter."

They asked for proof of on going relationship, marriage certificate, child birth ceetificate, pictures and an updated schedule 14
