I had the same experience when I called on March 11. The agent told my eligibility is passed but security is not started yet. Then the next day i.e. March 12, evening I got eligibility letter via email. If it's the same processing times, then you will get your eligibility letter today via email.

It doesnot hurt to call. I got a ghost update yesterday after calling which is a milestone

Thank you, I already made the call and they didn’t give me much information. They told me that my case is currently in the background check stage and that I just need to wait. They also mentioned that an estimated time for the completion of the whole process is 6 months.
