did you received pre arrival service or eligibility letter? what is your full progress?
Nothing applied GCMS notes it states criminality passed
Unless part of the pilot program would anticipate around 3 years if not more for PR processing. There is a large backlog and a limited yearly PR quota for refugees and protected people.
Have you been selected for the pilot program? It is faster but not fast. Processing times keep getting longer for anything related to asylum claimants, protected people, refugees, etc.
I'm November 2024 applicant. Recently I requested for GCMS notes and this is my status:
Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete
It's surprising to me that info sharing is passed before eligibility and security cause in most cases I saw it passes after those. Is that a good sign?

A good sign of what? Processing (outside the pilot program) outside of Quebec is likely to be 3+ years. You are essentially in a very long queue.
Is anyone used the new processing time system? Feb 2024 applied and showing still 30 months to process. What is going on
