April 5th 2023 - PR application
August 7th - FD(ghost message)
August 7th 2026 -- P1( almost 5pm lol)
August 11th 2026 - P2. ( she submitted)

She has a pre planned trip for August 31st. Does anyone have a suggestion of what she can do??
Can she come in with her RTD.
Will she be allowed to get into the plane?.
With the current time, we are not sure she would get pr card before she travels.

Hi there,
I had this exact same issue! The PR Confirmation Portal is actually the same website where your initial PR application was submitted (before you linked it to GCKey).

Because you used a representative, they likely created that original account using your email address. That is why the system is telling you an account already exists.

Here is what you should do to get in:
Contact your representative: Ask them for the password they originally used to create that portal account for you.
Try "Forgot Password" again: This is what eventually worked for me to bypass the confusion. Make sure to double-check your spam or junk folders just in case the reset link is getting filtered out.
