Hi, I recived 3 identical emails from IRCC today saying "We got your document,thank you" . In my account .today date is added in some lines.
What is the meaning of all these ?

Final decision

• September 14, 2026 Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

What was the deadline for documents? i guess they started review today and made final decision. it's very good for you. P1 is coming

This is generally a positive sign, but it does not yet mean that the final decision has been approved.

please tell us, when did you applied and where (Québec or Federal)

I think, that it called << P2 >> !
P1 : it is a mail from IRCC, about some instructions and after 1 week or 4 weeks

you will receive a P2 letter, with instructions just like the one you mentioned above...
photo and confirmation of address.

please, feel them and if everything is correct...
your PR card will be coming on your way. I do not know how long it might take but around 5 weeks or more.

Can someone explain for me what i have to submit to confirm my presence in canada?

For “Confirm your presence in Canada,” you normally just need to answer the question in the PR Portal confirming that you are physically present in Canada. You do not usually need to upload a separate document as proof unless IRCC specifically asks for one.
I would recommend better to go to a professional photo studio and tell them that the photo is for a Canadian PR card. They will know the required size, dimensions, and specifications for the PR card photo.

Then you submit your photo and provide your current Canadian address. If IRCC needs additional proof of your presence, they will let you know.

I hope they start processing 2022 applications this month

when i checked my account it says profile updated. the only update was that the background check went from we are processing to not applicable. it does not make any sense. I know im in A34 since 2024

same here , been in A34 since Dec 2023... background check switched to not applicable last Sept 2025.

I think the only option is mandamus. even if it is not going to do anything for me at this time but at least it will be better/change for the next applicant in the following years

How did you figure out it was an A34? I don't think "not applicable" is an indicator of that. Have you checked your GCMS notes?
