I'm a February 2024 Applicant. Received pre-arrival and eligibility. Since then no update at all.





Recently, got married outside of Canada. I updated accordingly, sent required forms as per request of the agent. She is no-accompanying in the application. Still do you think that will delay my application? I'm literally tired of it, it's over 29 months!



Did anyone go through similar situation? Was it delayed?

The marriage can cause some additional processing, but it does not automatically mean your application will be delayed for a long time. I think IRCC has to add/update your spouse's information and complete whatever checks are required for her before finalizing your file.
