February 26, 2023. I received eligibility and pre-arrival today. Its late but they opened my file. You will receive something soon . I’m late to receive these updates but keeping in mind that the processing time is 31 months as of now.

The current processing time is 28 months, i applied for pr card on October 2022, just waiting for my security and final decision, anyone else in the same boat. I have no idea what to do, been calling, requesting GCMS notes, & web form.
