Hello everyone,
I summitted international stream on may 6 but I filled the wrong NOC for my position. What should I do now? Please helppppp
we don't know yet, but for sure not as important as other streams.
I guess IRCC will spend entire June just to send AoR without actually processing applications.

If you search “refugee” on the program’s guide page, there are some specific instructions for them. So, I would say that would make sense that they are eligible.
That’s just my opinion, not a legal advise

No, the Guide 5069 is for "How to apply" NOT "Who can apply"

Workers in Canada: Essential, non-health care
Eligibility
To be eligible, you must

You do not need to have or keep a job until you get your PR. The condition is to have a job at the time of application and show proof, that’s all.

It seems most people trust this forum than even IRCC or they are just not taking time to read the IRCC official site.

The answer to your question can be found in the link below.

Hi Thank you for sharing this, so does that mean we can just have visitor status while waiting if our work permit will expire soon?

because IRCC is just saying temporary resident status all throughout nothing else and visitor is also temporary resident status, but I am not sure. Thanks

Hi,
I have a question regarding my wife who is here on a visitor visa, she is accompanying me for the tr to pr application and her trv stamp on the passport will expire in July but since she came here in March, she can stay here for 6 months which will end in September. So my question is should we apply for her visitor record before July when her TRV is expiring or before September when the 6 month stay is about to expire?
