Désolé, i missed read.. don’t worry it will come mine counts to 14th month just landed last Saturday and today i received my PR card.

I still don't have SA/AIP/DM. April 23, 2018 applicant

Just try to email them.. when i was on my 13th month i just message them why my application haven’t have a decision made yet.. is there anything that i can do or send new documents etc to fast track the process.. they just reply that I should just wait and they will message if they need more documents.. but after a week or 2 i got my landing letter.. i think it helps but i don’t really know heheheh..bonne chance!

Yeah I'm still waiting actually! My partner said he will call them up this afternoon and ask if there is a reason we haven't heard more yet. I'll let you know when I hear anything.

Is this a JOKE? We have a CSQ! If they did not want the application to proceed why did they bother to issue us a CSQ.

This is the email.

In regards to the application:

- While IRCC establishes overall immigration levels for Canada, IRCC consults Quebec on the number of immigrants it wishes to receive and Quebec establishes its own annual immigration levels plan.

- Should demand for immigration exceed the number of spaces allocated to Quebec, a backlog is created in IRCC’s processing inventory. This results in longer processing times. Should we require additional information in processing your file, we will contact you as soon as possible.

- For information on immigration to Quebec, please contact the ministère de l'Immigration, de la Diversité et de l'Inclusion: medias@midi.gouv.qc.ca.

I've contacted IRCC and got the same answer. This is so discouraging.

My partner had no luck getting through to them today, their phone system was down, but I got a landing letter from Mississauga this evening! Hopefully Montreal office won't take too long to send me the landing invitation!

I just got mine from Mississauga this evening as well!
I was so excited when I saw the email, but it turns out it says 'Montreal will contact you' haha.
Still happy though, one more step.

what the letter say?

It is a Decision Made letter, not really landing.
It just says your application is done (see below) and then explains that you will need your passport and the proof of payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee.

This refers to the Application for Permanent Residence you made under the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class.
We are pleased to advise you that processing of your application has been completed. The Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office in Montreal Immigration will contact you to arrange an appointment for the finalization of your permanent resident application.
