No one knows. It varies, as it depends on so many CIC factors.
Based on this thread, some people it took them ony 12 days from AOR to DM. Some took them more.

No, not yet. My application is still In Process (on e-CAS) and have not received anything by mail.
I hope that I will hear something soon

We received your application for a permanent resident card on February 8, 2016.
We started processing your application on March 21, 2016.
Your request for a permanent resident card was approved on April 13, 2016. Your Permanent resident card will be mailed to you or if quality assurance is required, made available for you to pick up at a CIC office.

Reom27 - Any udpates on your case ? my assumption is if you didn't receive any letter or email then your card might have been approved and mailed out. Normally ECAS is being updated on Thursday.

I have not received anything and my e-CAS is not updated yet. I really hope that my application is approved and the card is mailed to me.

This is our timeline.
We received your application for a permanent resident card on September 4, 2015.
We started processing your application on January 26, 2016.
We sent you correspondence on February 1, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

Please help to clarify one point for renewal of PR.
After PR approval status, Normally how much time it will take to receive PR in mail. If not received more than 2 month then what is advised to do.

Normally within 15 days you should receive PR card or letter for pick up your card from local office. If you didn't received card after two month you should notify CIC.

The address for receiving PR card, does it have to be a residential address or can it be a mail box (P.O box)?
Has anyone used P.O. Box

Today's Update

The processing time is now reduced to 86 days (i.e., from 93). As mentioned, they are working on applications received on February 18, 2016.
