...immigration process would not be fair enough if their evaluation will base their assessment on minor errors on paper work... but we can not do anything it is their rules and we must follow....

i check my application file copy and found some mistakes also......goodluck!!!!
as we all know they got massive numbers of applications and they want to filter and reject by any small mistakes to reduce the amount. .

The rejection we have here is not because of some small mistakes. and it is just one case. so wait and watch.

what is wrong if you put Not Applicable whereever it is necessary. Applications can be rejected with minor mistakes...
Yes, but that is not a case if you never live with a partner which requires a declaration.

To tell the truth there was not translated birth certificate (lack of time) in my docs, on top of everything :) so that, NS will take the best of the best who faultless
In any case, nothing can change - one of the weakest points of the RLMD.

I was talking about "Statutory Declaration of Common Law Union (If applicable) [IMM 5409]" which we need to fill if applicable

Please do not disappoint, you never know if they accept, certainly, 150 selection in 3000 application may lead to huge rejection but what we can do as this is just a decision of IMO.

Can anybody tell me that everyone filled "Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM 5409)" Form or not??, i think this form is for those peoples who are not in married relationship.
Do married couples have to fill this form too??? please comment , soo that i stop waiting for the mail from NS :(
