who can sign as a witness in application form NSNP-100 Application form ? Is friend of applicant is acceptable ?

As per guideline, we need to submit only copy of educational certificates. Therefore I think we do not need to notarize the same. Correct me if I am wrong. By the way I sent my degree certificates (without notarize) with WES report.

ECA : need information about WES report... how to get it? where we have to send credentials? and how long it takes to get report?.
I hold masters degree, do i have to send Degree and consolidated memorandum of marks both or just consolidated memo. and should i also take report of Bachelors Degree too.
What is the fee for each certificate.?

Well its not mentioned if the name of the spouse or common law partner should be mentioned in the passport. My name is not there in my wifes passport as she had applied for it before our marriage. but her name is there in my passport which was issued after we got married. I have submitted marriage certificate as proof.

Hmm spouse or common law partner should be stated passport? I doubt the creditibility of this information.

Well its not mentioned if the name of the spouse or common law partner should be mentioned in the passport. No need for adding spouse name in your passport. Just make sure that the names in marriage certificates are the same names in your passports

WES mentions that it usually takes 4-6 weeks. Actually, it took with me less than 1 week and another week for sending and receiving credentials.

Yes, you must send all of them, NB: University not you.
You must revise the needed document according to your country because it sometimes differs from country to another.

Assessment around CAD 180-200 and if you need to receive it by courier, it will cost you another CAD 100. I think this fee for all degrees together not for each, but it is better to check it with them.
