Hello everybody !!
I have one question please help me.. Me n my wife have passports but spouse name is not mentioned in them becouse we married arround 2 years ago. Her passport expires 2021 but my passport expiry date is 2016.
Please help me that I should apply for new passports to get spouse names or Canadian Fedral gov consider without changes??
We have legal marriage certificate.

Yes we have legal marriage certificate n our marriage is registered. Someone told me Fedral doesn't take passports without spouse names so I got doubt about this thing.

Hi lovelysheep, did you send the dependent's educational credentials in your package? Such material is not required by the FSWP so I didn't have it when we heard the news from NS. It was resubmitted a week later, before NSOI post their FAQ saying they were unable to accept missing documents.

Well, I hope NSOI had treated my files right and does not consider my application incomplete.

Don't panic. There is no where it is mentioned about ECA to be submitted even for primary applicant. Why would anyone submit eca fordependents? I think if required officer may ask for eca for primary applicant only. Did your friends who got FN email submitted eca for slobbers too?

It's required by NSOI in their application guide, though I wonder why they want this from the dependent. If my wife hadn't attended any high school or university, would that mean we are ruled out and game is over? Just sooooooooo curious to know... FSWP never requires educational documents from the dependent, by the way, which is reasonable.

Ok now i understand you meant education certification and not credential assesment report. Sorry that i misunderstood
You. I belive if the dependent has not completed high school then education certification are not applicable for dependent.

As per guideline, we need to submit only copy of educational certificates. Therefore I think we do not need to notarize the same. Correct me if I am wrong. By the way I sent my degree certificates (without notarize) with WES report.

My wife's certificate is not in English so we had to notarize it, and that cost us a week.

Pls can someone tell me where to download the "settlement and employment plan" form? This is a common problem and its a prerequisite for application. Thanks

who can sign as a witness in application form NSNP-100 Application form ? Is friend of applicant is acceptable ?
