Please advice regarding about POLICE CERTIFICATES as I want to make sure that the application will not be rejected because of this. For me is kind of misleading knowing that for the FSW Program were mandatory.

It states that POLICE CERTIFICATES are required only if the principal applicant or dependents have been convicted of an offence.

In my understanding, they are not mandatory if you have not been convicted.

Am I right ?

No need at this stage ( until you didn't have any offence case in your name ), once the nominee issued , then you need to show this for CIC.

Because we don't have information what cooking inside system.

I think they might raise the capping with at least 100+ applicant as they also did last year.

Not required. Just specify the current exchange rate in nsnp form. In the form the amount should be specified in CAD but bank statements can be in ur local currency

Thank you so much for swfit response. Much apprciated. As far as my wife's qualification is concern, she is a Lab technicina having 7 yrs of experience in entirly under Micorbiolgy. Can I put a file with Medical Laboratory Technologist ? Which designation I should put, Lab technician or Lab technologist ?

I am expecting her credential assessed through WES next week most probably. and IELTS results by 20th April. Is it worth to go ahed with here profile or as mine ?
My IELTS is still valid till Sep '14. I have 6 bands overall. Not less thn 5 in any module.

Do you have any reference who has applied under Pharmacist, who has successfully got visa just showing experience of any Pharmacist shop ?

Looking at ur question i think 20th april will be too late. Eca and ielts are not required at nsnp stage. Just get written letter from ur wifes college thst medium of insruction is engkish and also from emoloyer . you may support ur application with your ielts score and ur wives ielts date confirmstion email from british coycul or ibp. Don't delay your application for ielts or eca. You may attach status report of eca with your application. I would suggest go with your wife as primary applicant as she has experience with an employer which is required for this program. May be ram or other experts can give you other suggestions. All tge best

Better you read "NSNP Regional Labour Market Demand Stream Application Guide" document.

Read first if you have query then come back because anything wrong information can lead your application in rejection criteria.

I personally suggest you to read documents and review again with friends/family member.
