Hi all PLZ guide as I am still confused to send my documents without IELTS result,,,,,and on the top of it I am not in my country so so so so all the papers are also not ready,,,how can I send incomplete papers and on the top of it it can close at any time,,,Plz put your expert guidance,,,

If your first language is not English or French, the Nova Scotia Office of Immigration requires all applicants in the Regional Labour Market Demand stream to submit written proof, explanation or language testing results

You can submit all the required documents even without IELTS as explained in the FAQ. If your first language is not english, you can just make a written explanation, proof or evidence that English is the primary and medium of communication that you are using in your work such as communicating with your colleagues, e-mails, memorandums and the likes. In school, explain also that you use English. You can even inform them that you took IELTS exam and will get the result on 05Apr2014 as a sample.

Please advice regarding about POLICE CERTIFICATES as I want to make sure that the application will not be rejected because of this. For me is kind of misleading knowing that for the FSW Program were mandatory.

It states that POLICE CERTIFICATES are required only if the principal applicant or dependents have been convicted of an offence.

In my understanding, they are not mandatory if you have not been convicted.

Am I right ?

The NSNP form clearly asks for any previous applications from FSW as well as PNP. So in my case, I am a FSW 2013 applicant and I have mentioned the UCI reference and have told them that the application has been returned due to cap filled.

For PNP I have mentioned that I was a SINP applicant and for application number I have mentioned ''Not applicable'' and have said that I have attached the correspondence for reference

In which form do we need to mention about SINP (i applied for SINP and the cap was filled). I mean do i need to mention (SINP detail) in NSNP 100 from or is there any other form.

Winter - they are facing snow storm or bad weather problems
Summer - they generally go for vacation

i heard 150 cap per occupation is it true ?
reason if they have total cap 150 why should they declare 48 occupation as well as sub occupations,

I think they might raise the capping with at least 100+ applicant as they also did last year.
