guys i didnt send my spouse birth certificate along with the application,

Q1) should i wait for them or send a new application along with the birth certificate?

2) my ielts expires on the 15th april, so do they except the date they received the file or the date they shall check the file( which can b 2-3 months from now?)

with the cic forms do I have to send those documents also that r required by cic or just the ones required by nsnp



along the cic forms, u dont need any more specific documents as more or less nsnp has asked most of the documents except the eca and fees!!

Document checklist should be on the top of your application and marked the documents your are sending so that officer would be able to see in first go what he is going to see in your app.

checklist is pretty confusing and needs clarification. as i can understand their are 2 checklist:
1 NSNP Application Guide page 14 which>>> i believe is required
2 IMM5690E CIC document checklist >>> i believe it is not required at this stage for NS

please correct me if i am wrong.

You are right there is two checklist. However, I think we follow NSNP checklist, that include CIC forms details and documents that require by NSNP.

I would rather suggest to attach additional checklist and not the one in yhe guide. In your checklist specify list of forms and documents enclosed . this will let immi officer know what is their in the application.

I really don't think so. The only problem i forsee is if you go ahead and process the two applications with CIC.
