but my agent told me that its ok to show the paper on my parents name(mom/dad) but have to show relation paper like birthcertificate .., omg i have no time to name my parents property on my name !!! whaaattttt seriously do i need it on my name? someone tellme

Is an english test absolute neccessary to apply? Next test would be in mid April and we are already late to apply.
We have 9 years of canadian work experience, would that be enough proof for them?
We do not qualify to apply under the Canadian Experience class, since we left Canada in 2009 and lost PR.

Properties can be used as a supporting documents, NS would want to see movable funds in your account (savings, fixed deposits etc). You should focus on that one instead

hello! Our canadian experience was from 2001 to 2009. we dont qualify under the canadian experience class any more. why do you think we cant apply?

It is a million dollar question for everyone who has already applied . Nobody knows whether you will be within cap, I believe it is not the date on which the application is received will be the deciding factor. Even if your application reached late, but if you have better settlement plan than other people who sent application before you then you have better chance of falling within the cap.

so keep up the hopes and leave everything on almighty !!
