However, good things that they are really doing fantastic jobs for their province. Not like saskatchewan province, they selected first 250 files without checking any documents and information which provided by applicants.

You may be correct. People are in this forum don't understand 'the Canadian immigration system'.

Cap is always there in regardless of federal or province category. However, NSNP is not going to declare anything yet because they don't want to select application based on first come first serve basis or initial 150 or any numbers. Due to that reason they are accepting file. unlikely SINP...

Can someone tell me if I am eligible to apply for NOC 1111 as i applied for noc 1112 fsw last year but my application was returned due to cap reached. I am handling two functions as an accounting and investment in a bank. Will that be acceptable in applying for this program?

Any NS resident, last time's applicants or anybody, can you throw some light on the question number 2 wherein they have said that applications will be kept in queue post 150 cap and to be used for next year. Then can we assume that they have some last year's applications lined up this year

Yes,if you weren't nominated this year,your files will be put on queue for 2015.It's completely up to you. And NS only nominate 500-700 per year (Federal regulated).

So, if you wish to apply for any other Programs if you weren't nominated, its entirely up to you.

Point to be noted my friend,

In my humble opinion, when NSNP talks about "queuing up applications for subsequent year" keep in mind they are talking in the context of Regional Labor Market demand Stream only, and therefore i do not agree with the notion that there may be applications from the previous year lined up this year because Regional Labor Market Demand Stream has kicked off only this year.

My NOC is 2173, I have enough experience, but there's a problem with middle name in my marksheets (I have asked university for correction, but it will take time)

Guys please use ur network to find out about applicants who havent yet made the entry in the sheet. If we have accurate data about applicants , we can be sure if our application would be considered for this year or not. I guess there are 30+ occupations which means 4-5 nominations per occupations . so if you see more than 10 applicants who have applied before you then chqnces are very less that u will be in this year. This is what i think and it may be wrong. Please give ur inputs on this.

chk if ur one of any profession given in the belw link, otherwise u have to go for the offer of employment stream for any PNP immigration

If we have accurate data about applicants , we can be sure if our application would be considered for this year or not. Cap is already confirmed earlier but today officially they declared on website as I am assume that so many people have contacted and asked about Cap details.

Still you guys are using your own brain to judge the application.

They clearly mentioned in FAQ that

"The successful applicants – the ones who are nominated – will meet all of the qualifications listed in our guidelines, will have included all of the information and documents that are required, and show a sincere intention to live in Nova Scotia."

Don't predict anything unless they will provide AOR/Nomination.
