In NSNP App Guide for Police Certificate they wrote

For the principal applicant and dependents aged 18 or older, only if they have been convicted (found guilty) of an offence

Even if Principle applicant isnt having any record for Conviction, then no need for Police Cert?

Yes that is correct, we have to submit PCC when we have a conviction on us, I guess this is to gauge the severity of the conviction

The discussions here help me more than my consultant. The marketing assistant that handles my contract is not very helpful. I messaged her for my questions but didnt get answers. In fact asked her to do something but didgt get an update of my request.I just dont want to be stressed. I completed my documents. Well i will still be showing them my documents so that at least they do something. I will tell her my concern for all the undone assisgnment she should have done for a client. Next time I should rather directly ask their senior consultant.

No. I didn't check any consultant.

Just an opinion, very clear that pcc is not required by ns unless u were convicted of a crime. But definitely federal will require and it is mandatory.

Can I apply for NSNP Regional Labor Market Demand Stream, if i has already applied under MPNP General Stream(Manitoba) and more than 15 months have been passed but have not received any process (Neither sponsor interview nor applicant interview) on my application and MPNP is telling that your application is still in queue for processing. Would my application be considered under NSNP Regional Labor Market Demand Stream ? If anything else please let me know.

Good day, everyone!

I got a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering here in the Philippines. I did not take any board exam so I am not a "full-pledged" engineer. However, I have been working as an electronics technician for more than 5 years now.

My NOC code 2241, Electrical and electronics engineering technologists and technicians, is being regulated in Nova Scotia. My problem is this - What do I have to do if my job is regulated? What is Nova Scotia's regulatory body for electronics technicians? What agency do I need to contact to find out about getting a license to be able to work once I get to Nova Scotia?

I have been searching everywhere online about this, but I can't seem to find an answer. Any help will be highly appreciated.
