please help
i have some problems with filling forms .
1.what should i write in the generic form in section 4 ? i mean 'IMMIGRATION OFFICE REQUESTED'
2.in generic form in section 1 "PROGRAM UNDER WHICH YOU ARE APPLYING" what should i write ?
3. and in generic form in "INTENDED OCCUPATION" what should i write?
4.in the UCI i should leave it blank or write N/A ?
5.in the ADDITINAL FAMILY INFORMATION where should i write my name in native language ?(it does not ave any place for it)
6.and for EMPLOYMENT AND SETTLMENT PLAN i do not know how fill it .specially first and second questions .should i contact with a employer and ask for job ?please guide me

All these have answers stated in the guide. I AM BEGGING YOU PLEASE READ THE GUIDE

Threaten them that you will file case against them or go to police. You have already paid the amount ,now do ur best to recover it back. Parallely apply it urself.. The procedure is straight forward.. You can post questions here..the guide is quite self explanatory.. Wish u all the best

I emailed them again saying that it is not required, they just don't listen. When I ask them to show me where they find it required.
They are not able to give a straight answer
I know more than they do and I know very little :'(
Now, I really want a refund :-[

There are two diff categories nsnp skilled worker and regional labour market demand stream which does not manadate applicant to have offer from NS province. Your friend can apply in nsnp rlmd stream..for eligible occupation check on their web site.. There are eligible occupations mentioned.

Who need to fill:

If your spouse or conjugal or common-law partner wishes to release personal information to the same designated individual, he
or she should sign in the space provided.

Try using black pen.

I dont have sufficient funds in my personal account, suggest me the solution Plz. But I can take advance from my company & friends & get good statement. But it wont b of three months.... Sad.

I have good property, can I use that as a POF?

Yes you can show property as proof of fund to nsnp.. It should be on ur or ur spouse's name. But CIC does not accept propert as proof of fund. So better ask ur friends and relatives to transfer funds in ur account so that u can show while applying to CIC.

For propert i submitted agreement of sale document but ideally one should get it valued by lawyer.

There is no hard written rule which prevent you to move outside of NS. But keep in mind that a province nominates you because it need your skill/expertise to fill a job which otherwise it cannot find.
Otherwise,
2-3 months maximum, considering you need to get your SIN, PR card and other required documents mailed to you.

You are wrong. You cannot move to other province bec you are nominated by NS, NS should benefit from you. They can send you home if they found out that your working in a different province. I know a case with this situation. They can track you because of your SIN.

What I meant was... NS will accept propery as proof of fund.. But CIC will not. So as of now since u dont have funds.. U can show property as proof of fund.. But at CIC stage u would need fixed deposit or bank balance as proof of fund

so, in both stages they will not bother for the 3 months history of my account balance rather the amount of funds at hat particular date of issuance of certificate???

Ofcourse the history matters to them.. Basically they want that the money in account is urs and you can use it to settle in NS.. So if ur history shows to many credits from different accounts they will ask u to fresh statement.. Or worse can reject ur application
