Do i need to fill up the below form?

1) Schedule A - Background/Declaration [IMM 5669] - For the principal applicant, spouse and dependent children aged 18 or over, whether they are accompanying or not.

2) Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] - For the principal applicant and dependents over the age of 18 who complete the Schedule A [IMM 5669]

If yes we both need to fill separate form?
We have total 3 in family. Myself, my wife and my son ( 3 years old)

Thanks Ram.
But my question is, do we both need to fill separate form or we both need to fill all details within single form?

hi all. i want to inquire that can i move to other province after getting PR. if not after how much time can i move.

I think This is the last question you should ask in a public forum like this. You can do this for sure but not when someone is wide arms open to you and you are thinking of turning back.

The Nova Scotia portion or your application – Nova Scotia Nominee Program – has a processing time of 3 months or more. After your are nominated, ou then have to submit your Federal application to Citizenship and Immigration Canada - the government office that has the final decision related to immigration. Please visit cic.gc.ca to find out their processing times.
