Havent you applied or still to send your package. If you have not then change the NOC and send the package. Else you can wait for their communication in case you have sent the package

I have sent my application package to NSNP, but i am also getting my ECA done with a view to applying for FSW (whenever it restarts), if in the meantime i get nomination from NSNP, will it be safe for me to apply for FSW as well, what could be the possible pros and cons?

If you get your ECA done that is anyway going to be useful for NSNP also. But then again FSW & NSNP, together......

I dont think so as NSNP may question your view to settle down here. Decide whether to wait for FSW or NSNP. My take is FSW is going to get tougher due to EOI in 2015. So why dont you take a chance with NSNP

I agree with you both. thought the same myself so I have applied to NS now, if FSW opens and I am eligible, i will apply also but choose to land in NS (that should show my commitment to settle in the region, shouldnt it)

Anyways, since we do not know if FSW will open, I think you should send in your application for this and see how the rules play out...

Hi,

I have few questions and hoping an answer from any volunteers.
1. I have applied a PR application under CEC and the application reached CIC on 16th Dec 2013. Since I sent the application without the employment reference letter. I am right now not sure if CIC will approve my CEC application. If I apply under NSNP now will it pose a threat to my CEC application.

2. If I apply under NSNP and let's assume my nomination is approved do I need to move to NS ASAP or I can continue to work in Toronto (My current location) and move to NS once CIC approves my PR application.

I feel that NSNP does not have a quota, but I think the approval purely rests on the province and based on the market, they would decide if some one is eligible or not
