Dear all
today i received an email from Warsaw office stating that my passports are ready to be collected
i already sent a prepaid Aramex voucher with my package but they asked me to arrange for the pre-paid courier services!! it seems that they will not use my prepaid voucher!!
i live in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh)
does any one know about a pick up service in Riyadh? and how to arrange this?
or is there any other solution?

did u use them? wt should i tell them? coz Aramex guys here in SA are very dump!! they don't know whether this service is available or not??
i tried DHL & they said that they need a contact person & and his contact number / extension to do so?
plz advise as i am confused now

aramax in UAE ;have this service i contacted in dubai for my medical from from toronto as my consultant is in toronto and aramax make arrangement to pick my package from toronto. u try again

Dear wjd
Yes I'm sure. I'm asked all companies all of them have pick up service but my choice was DHL. As I told you before because my employer has an account with them. But you can ask for pick up service just give them the address they will pick them I did it from Bahrain. if you need any help please contact me

Dear Wjd7359,

I am in Lebanon. I checked with many courrier companies and I found that DHL are the most professional to do pickup service. Aramex can do it but they use services of a local Polish company to collect passports. They don't have their own office in Warsaw.

finally the long waiting comes to an end, today my e-cas status changed to Decision Made & my passports are in their way by Aramex courier service
thanks for all the help & supports that this group provided for me, wish all of u will get their PPR & visas soon.
