So you ended your course on august 31 and began the second in january 6. Once you submit the other program you may be reconsidered for a longer permit.

Yes so basically my first coure started in jan 2019 and ended in aug 2019 and second course started in jan 2020 and ended in aug 2020. I clearly submitted the documents for both the courses and the agent said they only have documents of last which which in did in 2020. I submitted the webform explaining this issue and resubmitted the documents from both the courses. Now main concern is will they actually extend the validity or it remains upto the decision of the officer?
I was asking for specific dates of start and end (August 31, 2019). It remains the decision of the officer as there is no “will” receive only may. My first program was April 29,2019 to December 2019 and second program was January 6,2020 to August 31, 2020.

I am still waiting for the response. Did you call the cic and if yess what's the reason did they give you. I was told that i submitted only 1 year of graduation documents but i clearly submitted both of them. I filled out the webform but no reason yet. Do you know the reason why they did like this with you?
They give me the same reason that they only have one completion letter. But then after 10 mins they again called me and said we have your both completion letters and reconsidered the application. I will wait for the reply.
They actually called you back? Even i submitted all the documents but they still insisted that i only have 1 year of documents. I'm still waiting for the response on my webform
In how many days you got the reply?Hey, I got my case notes that I had requested from CIC. They sent me a PDF document but I am not able to understand it. Has anyone read case notes before? In the email, they also sent a link to the Record Correction Request Form stating that I have the right to request the correction of any errors I believe to exist in any of the enclosed information which originated with Immigration, Citizenship and Refugees Canada. Do u hv an idea about this form? Also, as I said before, the CIC agent put a note for reconsideration to the visa processing centre; so, I'm waiting for CIC's reply to that note as well.
