Cic received my app on May 24th but still no AOR. I called them with courier tracking and they said they got it but not begun processing. Also I can’t see any ecas status yet

IRCc call centre number is (1-888-242-2100) between 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. They have long holds and wait time sometimes even half hour. But there was option to select call back so the agent called me back in 20 minutes .

I'm still waiting for ecas to show up and still haven't received AOR. Ottawa received my application on May 22nd. I called CIC and they confirmed they received the application but haven't opened or begun processing. In the past, CIC has never taken longer than 1 or 2 months to send AOR. This...
